Burkauts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lbs. Hamburger
    2 Large Cabbage Heads, chopped
    4 Large Onions, chopped
    Salt and Pepper
    Rhodes Bread or Homemade Dough
    Flour
    Butter
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, cabbage and onions with a lot of salt and pepper. Simmer for an hour or two. Use a roll size amount of dough and roll out on floured board 1-1 1/2 inches thick. In the middle of the dough put a large scoop of hamburger mix. Fold over and bake at 350 degrees, until golden brown. Take out and brush with butter. Enjoy!
