Nut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds (whatever you like), ground
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat thoroughly.
    Blend in 3/4 cup sugar.
    Add 2 teaspoons either vanilla or almond flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 between 30 to 45 minutes.
    Good with whipped cream or a glaze made by heating apricot or raspberry jam.
