Mildred'S French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk (more may be needed, if too thick)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix with a hand beater.
    Dip slice of bread in batter.
    Drop in deep, hot oil.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
