Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, fine
    1 c. pecan meats, chopped fine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1/3 c. rum or brandy
    additional powdered sugar, pecans or cocoa for topping
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.
    Roll in powdered sugar, pecans or dry cocoa.
    Store in tightly covered container.
