Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add 5 egg yolks, vanilla and milk.
    Sift soda and flour together; add.
    Then add coconut and nuts.
    Beat whites stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Pour into 3 cake pans.
