Mustard Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Peel and slice thin.
    Mix other ingredients together.
    Put 1/2 of potatoes in bottom of pan.
    Pour half mix on top.
    Add other half of potatoes and the balance of mixture.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
