Beef And Cabbage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. light cream (20%)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    2 green onions with tops, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    5 drops red pepper sauce
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix corned beef hash, flour and 2 eggs thoroughly.
    Press mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides to within 1 inch of top of ungreased baking dish (13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch).
    Bake meat crust 25 minutes.
    Remove meat crust from oven; drain.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
