Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken parts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium pkg. spaghetti
1 block soft Velveeta or soft Cheddar cheese
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 green onion
1 stick butter
1/3 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Melt butter and Wesson oil.
Saute celery, onion, green onion and bell pepper.
Add in cream of mushroom and chicken soups.
Add cheese.
Let simmer on low until mixture is all smooth.
Add small amount of chicken broth, if needed, for smoothness.
Boil spaghetti in chicken broth, then drain.
Add soup mixture and chicken to spaghetti; season to taste.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake until casserole bubbles and cheese melts on top.
