One Step Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. each baking soda and salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9-inch fluted tube pan.
In mixer bowl, beat all ingredients, except confectioners sugar and lemon juice, 3 minutes. Pour into pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes until cake tests done.
Cool 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan.
Cool.
Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake. Makes 12 servings.
