Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and cleaned
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms and saute until tender. Blend in flour and add chicken broth.
    Heat until mixture comes to a boil, then cook gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add seasonings and milk and stir over low heat a few minutes more.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle with parsley.
