Beef Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Planters peanut oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of ground black pepper
    12 prepared taco shells
    grated cheese
    shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown. Add onion and garlic. Continue cooking until onion is tender. Mix in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Heat, stirring occasionally. Spoon beef mixture into taco shells.
    Top with cheese and lettuce.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 12 servings.
