Onion Cheese Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts (boneless or skinless)
4 Tbsp. butter
1 small jar mushrooms, drained
1 can French fried onion rings
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Melt butter and add salt and pepper. Roll chicken to coat. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Add mushrooms and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and then cheese. Cook about 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
