Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs, milk and water.
    Put all dry ingredients into sifter and add to batter; which will be thin but okay.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Test. Bake in greased long cake pan and ice when cool with Fudge Icing.
