Amaretto Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. (three 8 oz. bars) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (added 1 at a time)
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Remove and place slivered almonds on top.
