Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Spanish onion, diced
    2 large celery stalks, sliced
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    3 c. brown rice, cooked
    2 c. diced cooked chicken and pork
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1/2 c. almonds, toasted
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in
    a\tlarge skillet over medium to high heat. Add onions and\tsaute
    until
    translucent.
    Stir in celery and green peppers.
    Cook
    until crisp and tender.
    Add meat, rice, water chestnuts\tand
    almonds.\tHeat
    thoroughly,
    stirring constantly.
    Blend in egg mixture until well coated.
    Continue cooking, stirring
    frequently until golden brown.
    Season with soy sauce to taste.
