Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked pie crusts
    tomato wedges (unpeeled)
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange tomato wedges in pie crusts so crusts are covered. Mix mayonnaise and Cheddar together.
    Spread over wedges.
    Salt and pepper, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts and is bubbly.
    Serve with a meat dish or simply a salad.
    Yields 2 pies.
