Sherry Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces skinned chicken
    oil
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    canned mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Brown chicken lightly in oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in large, flat baking dish.
    Pour a can of mushrooms over it. Sprinkle a lot of paprika and add sherry.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
