Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. very lean ground turkey
    2 pkg. Hi-Energy Cream of Chicken Soup Supplements
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash extra spicy
    4 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and bake in a Pyrex bowl that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake for 30 minutes on 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Count as 3 ounces protein or meat, 1 vegetable and 1 oil.
    Half supplements for lunch or dinner.
