Easy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans French-fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef with salt added. Drain beef and transfer to large bowl.
    Add potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and chopped onion; mix well.
    Spread in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes.
    Top with French-fried onions.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
