Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) pkg. medium noodles
1 1/2-lb. ground beef
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles till tender. Rinse in cool water, drain. Melt butter and add ground beef. Brown and drain. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes and remove from heat. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Alternate layers of meat mixture and noodle mixture in a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
