Fresh Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. pineapple juice
    grated rind and juice of 1 orange
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    6 oz. softened cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine everything but cream cheese in the top of a double boiler.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add cooked mixture, beating until well blended. Chill.
    Serve with wedges of fresh fruit.
