Mom'S Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour, sifted with 4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt; add sugar and beat.
    Add boiling water and beat.
    Add flour mixture and beat.
    Use beater entirely for this cake.
    Bake in cookie sheet with sides at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Lay a towel out on counter.
    Cover with powdered sugar. Lay cake out of pan onto towel.
    Roll from narrow side.
    When cake is cool, carefully unroll; spread with jelly, then roll back into a roll.
    Slice with a serrated knife.
