Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
    1/3 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt (for rice)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. canned diced celery
    1/2 c. fresh chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
    Drain. Cook rice in water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Combine rice, broccoli, sugar and celery.
    Saute onion in margarine; add to broccoli and rice mixture.
    Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper and mushroom soup.
    Add 3/4 cup of grated cheese.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
