White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium white onion, finely chopped
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. ground oregano
    2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    2 cans (15 oz. each) Great Northern beans (do not drain)
    2 cans (10 oz. each) chicken broth
    2 cans (5 oz. each) chicken, drained
Preparation
    In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add onion; saute until brown.
    Add next 7 ingredients; stir until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
