Walnut Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. fresh orange juice
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated butternut squash
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
    Combine wet ingredients; mix well.
    Add squash and walnuts.
    Combine with dry ingredients; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan until knife comes out clean.
    Top with cream cheese frosting.
