Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shelled pecans
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in shallow baking dish.
    Stir in pecans to coat with margarine.
    Roast in oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Taste test after 20 to 25 minutes. Roast to the toastiness that you desire.
    When done, drain on paper towels.
    Salt to taste while warm.
