Chinese Style Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli florets (can use defrosted mixed frozen vegetables)
    2 Tbsp. oil (not olive oil)
    1/2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds or sesame seed
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok.
    Add broccoli and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, until vegetables are bright green.
    Add broth and soy sauce.
    Simmer uncovered about 3 minutes.
    Garnish with almonds or seeds.
    Great with other fresh vegetables - green beans and celery.
