Breaded Veal Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. veal scaloppine slices
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    After fish have been cleaned, remove skins.
    Soak the fish in a solution of beaten egg and milk, then flour, cracker crumbs or cornmeal may be used to coat the fish.
    Salt and pepper to taste and fry in a skillet or deep fryer for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with tartar sauce or ketchup.
