Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. butter
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion, potatoes and butter in water to cover, until tender.
    Blend flour with milk until smooth.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Cook until boiling, about 1 minute.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
