Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In a bowl beat margarine with an electric mixer until softened.
    Add about 1/2 of the flour, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda and cream of tartar to margarine.
    Beat until combined.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Chill for 1 hour.
