Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion, salt and pepper and broccoli. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt 3/4 stick of butter, mix well with stuffing mix and sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
