Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes (optional)
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. scalded milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large kettle, combine potatoes, carrots, onion, pepper, parsley and bouillon cubes.
    Just cover vegetables with water and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not drain.
