Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Combine and stir to mix all ingredients and put in pie crust. Bake at 475\u00b0
for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 425\u00b0 and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
