Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 pkg. mini chips
Preparation
    Pour water over oats and let stand 10 minutes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
