Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Martha White self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and baking powder.
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Mix in buttermilk.
    Put 2 tablespoons butter into 1/4 cup measure and fill with shortening.
    Melt butter/margarine mixture in oven in iron skillet.
    Shape dough into biscuits with hands; add more flour if dough is sticky.
    Place biscuits into skillet and turn to coat.
    Bake 10 minutes at 500\u00b0.
