Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. mushrooms
    3 to 4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and drain mushrooms; cut off stems, leaving 1/4-inch. Heat water to boiling.
    Add mushrooms.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain and cool mushrooms.
    Place in bowl.
    Pour marinade over mushrooms.
    Toss until well coated.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week, stirring occasionally.
    To serve, drain mushrooms well, 7 calories per mushroom.
