Chicken Fajitas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
    12 oz. jar picante sauce, drained
    1 scant tsp. turmeric, oregano, salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and chicken until almost done.
    Put all in bottom of casserole.
    Add layer of picante.
    Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips or rice.
    Serves 4.
