Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small (3 oz.) apricot Jell-O
    1 can apricots, drained (save liquid and set aside)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 small Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Stir until completely dissolved.
    Add enough water to apricot liquid to make 1 cup.
    Add to Jell-O mixture; mix well.
    Put in refrigerator until it's a soft set.
    Mix cream cheese and sugar together; mix well in blender. Add apricots and blend well.
    Add Jell-O mixture; mix well.
    Add Cool Whip; mix well.
    Refrigerate until well set.
    You can use peaches instead of apricots if you want.
