Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar (white or brown)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly the butter, shortening, eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Chill for 1/2 hour.
