Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw apples
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. oil
    1 c. cold coffee, mixed with 2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Read through directions first.
    Add ingredients in order listed.
    Be sure cinnamon, salt and sugar are sifted together. Add flour last. Dice the apples and chop the nuts.
    Allow the raisins and nuts to soak in oil for a few minutes to prevent burning.
    This cake is best about the second or third day.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
