Italian Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles as directed. Combine cream cheese and sour cream; keep separate.
    In greased casserole dish, layer beef mixture, noodles and cream cheese mixture until finished.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
