Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onion until tender and drain.
    Melt cheese and butter together.
    Combine with carrot and onion mixture.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
