Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 celery heart, ribs separated and trimmed
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. light cream
    1 tsp. curry powder
    5 Tbsp. finely chopped chutney
Preparation
    Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
    Blend together the white vinegar, light cream and curry powder.
    Add the cream cheese and work the mixture into a smooth paste.
    Stir in the chutney and refrigerate for several hours or overnight if possible.
    About 1 hour before serving, stuff the mixture into the celery ribs and cut them into 1 inch pieces.
