Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Stir peanuts, corn syrup, sugar and salt together in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
    Cook 7 to 8 minutes, uncovered.
    Stir after 4 minutes.
    Add oleo and vanilla; stir and cook 2 minutes more. Stir in baking soda until light and foamy.
    Pour on greased cookie sheet and cool 1 hour.
    Break into pieces.
