Frosty Cucumber Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lime jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped and peeled cucumber
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Preparation

Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water; cool.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well.
Chill until partially set. Fold in cucumbers, pimento and onion.
Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
