Barbecue Sauce For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wine or cider vinegar
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 finely diced garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. finely grated lemon peel
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix this thoroughly, then place in saucepan and simmer slowly for 15 minutes.
    This sauce can be prepared in larger quantity and kept in refrigerator until desired.
    Amount to be used for basting can be removed and heated.
    The sauce should be kept hot when used for basting.
    This sauce is good for not burning when barbecuing.
