Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 egg (2 Tbsp.)
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend the eggs, water and vinegar together and set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients with shortening until consistency of cornmeal or small peas.
    Make a hole in the center of the dry mixture and add the egg mixture.
    Mix until it forms a ball.
    Divide and roll out. Makes 2 (8 to 9-inch) pie crusts.
