Lentil Soup With Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken stock
    1 qt. water
    1 lb. dried lentils, washed and picked over
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
    2 large carrots, peeled and diced
    12 oz. kielbasa (beef or turkey), sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    salt to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In a large pot, bring chicken stock and water to a boil.
    Add all other ingredients. Bring soup to a boil and continue boiling for 15 minutes. Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes. Freezes well.
