Christmas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly (time from when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan).
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in marshmallows, chocolate and vanilla.
    Stir for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend. Pour into 8-inch buttered square pan.
    Cool.
