Quick Chic Trick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 box sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
    cooked egg noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Tear up chicken and place in bottom of a greased baking dish. Heat soup and the sour cream.
    Add seasonings and pour over chicken.
    (You can thin with a little water or broth.)
    Crush crackers over top; then drizzle with melted oleo.
    (If using egg noodles, layer them directly over the chicken.)
    Bake 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    (Water chestnuts are also good in this dish.)
